1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Copiee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Copiee is a clipboard management tool that helps users save, organize, search, and sync clipboard content. The Service includes a browser extension and cloud synchronization features depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Third-Party Services

Copiee uses the following third-party services:

  • Firebase: As our backend for authentication and data storage.
  • Dodo Payments: For processing premium subscription payments.

By using Copiee, you also agree to the terms and policies of these third-party services.

5. Pricing and Payments

Copiee offers the following plans:

  • Free: Limited to 5 saved items with basic features.
  • Pro: Yearly subscription with unlimited saves, cloud sync, code detection, Secret Vault, and export features.
  • Lifetime Deal (LTD): One-time payment for permanent access to all Pro features.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations.
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you store using the Service. We do not monitor or review user content. You are solely responsible for the content you store.

8. Security Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We cannot guarantee the security of data stored in your browser's local storage or Secret Vault if your device is compromised, hacked, or accessed by unauthorized parties.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your device, passwords, and vault credentials.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access resulting from device vulnerabilities, malware, or user negligence.
  • The Secret Vault uses local encryption. If you forget your password, we cannot recover your vault data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Copiee is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
